will train you on:

How to compile a professional CV
(key words currently used in the market, layout, personal profile,
should you mention salary or not, references, etc).

Who should you send your CV to
(you cannot simply send it to agencies and expect a miracle).

We will assist you on where to actually
look for work and give you names of companies to approach in your
particular industry, how to approach them, etc.

Many of the CV’s we receive doesn’t tell half of
what you’re actually worth or people even forget to put contact
details on etc. We will go through every aspect of the CV, the
application, the covering letter, etc. We will also assist you with
grammar and language.

Interview Coaching
(what to expect, questions to ask, research that has to be done,
body language, how to handle difficult questions, how to handle the
situation if you haven’t been working for a while / got retrenched /
are a white applicant and all the positions are AA / don’t have the
qualification, etc).

We will give you all the ‘to do’s and the
mistakes we’ve seen in the past. You won’t believe the difference
your attitude or handshake can make.

Role Play; We will record your interview on
video (guaranteed you’ll be shocked) in order for you to see
your mistakes and do role play. We will assist you with difficult
subjects such as salary, how to get over the ‘no experience’ problem
and we will cover soft skills such as communication, assertiveness,
how to sell yourself, etc.

Inside tips on how exactly agencies work,
what do you need to do to get their attention, why don’t they call
you for interviews, which ones you should target, what are your
rights e.g. can they just send your CV to clients, etc).
Training is done on Saturday mornings and you’ll also receive a complete
