Position Summary

We currently have a position available at the Company Group Head Office in centurion, for a Training and development Specialist, in the Company Wealth Division.  Working for one of SA's leading investment Group's the incumbent is expected to:

·         formulate all training and development programmes and material for a wide range of investment specialist.  This will require a good understanding of the broader asset management and investment products environment. This is a new position and will enable the individual to be creative and formulate many aspects of the position and the outputs to compliment their current skills and knowledge of financial services

·         building a training curriculum that is outcome-orientated and develops skills within a broad framework.  This could entail in-sourcing and outsourcing of the various aspects of the program

·         formulating all training material and accreditation programs or the various market segments

·         working with all aspect of the business to ensure that when new products are launched or new services are offered, that the appropriate material is available to train and support the investment specialist in the field

  

Job Requirements

The successful candidate must have the following:

·         A relevant business degree e.g. BComm or BComm LLB

·         At least five years experience of working within the financial services industry preferable in the asset management, unit trust or LISP industries and a good understanding of current regulatory framework.

·         A good understanding of the NQF
