Brief Description: The Business Analyst contributes to the organisational goals by providing support to the company group through streamlining processes, implementing controls, and conducting audits. Further, by analysing and collating information to monitor the cost effectiveness and efficiency of identified business units.

Analysis of data constructs and frameworks to create meaningful results Free form data analysis to extract key trends, and clustering of feedback into themes

Job Requirements: The successful incumbent for the above position will have the following profile:
· Essential: Standard 10 / Grade 12 / University Entrance NQF4 · Desirable : at least 1 years work experience as research analyst or similar. · Previous experience with database software e.g. SQL or Access highly desirable · Exposure to the following advantageous: o Analysis of data constructs and frameworks to create meaningful results o Data analysis to identify that which could positively impact business o Thematic or content data analysis
