contributes to the organisational goals by providing a fair,
accurate, reasonable and timeous assessor service (claimants, panel
beaters / service providers, staff and third parties).

Operational / Technical / Financial Results:

Make fair, realistic and thorough assessments of damages and repair
costs (motor vehicle accident claims)

Conduct assessments in most efficient and cost-effective manner

Ensure cost wastage reduction in regions

Manage monthly audit process, and audit results

Leadership Results:

Coaching and performance management of direct reports

Management Results:

Maximise efficiencies and service delivery of assessors against
SLA’s, diary bookings etc

Quality management of service delivery
